Jamie Doyle
Jamie has spent 15 years in the talent industry working both onsite and externally. He founded Thompson Alexander in 2016 to transform recruitment into a more honest, personable, and tailored service. Jamie built the team from scratch to provide a best in class boutique search and talent consultancy. Jamie has operated in fourteen territories in a variety of sectors, and has a network of expert testing professionals forged over his career.
Shey has over 20 years of experience in testing, test management, and project management. Shey is an experienced test lead in enterprise transformation and change environments. As Associate Director, Shey utilises his excellent communication and interpersonal skills, gained from working in a diverse set of projects and industries, to add value to the Thompson Alexander business.
Jenna has 8 years experience of web design and web development, building websites for SME’s. An accomplished singer and songwriter with number one’s in multiple territories, and a senior lecturer in music and production. Working with technologies such as html, CSS and typescript\JavaScript, Jenna has successfully designed, developed and implemented over 30 websites. As a valued member of the team, Jenna has been a part of the business since inception.
Phoebe Blair
Customer Services
Administrator and Social Media Executive
Upon successful completion of the Social Media and Marketing Internship program at Thompson Alexander, Phoebe has gone on to become our Customer Services Administrator and Social Media Executive. Phoebe has ownership of Contractor care and administration of Consultants on Customer sites. Phoebe is also in charge of coordinating the back office functions of Legal, HR, and Finance and Management of Social Media Channels and Teams.
Chumani Ward
Project Manager
Having recently graduated Durham University with a degree in Economics, Chumani is joining Thompson Alexander as a Graduate Project Manager. Chumani is responsible for defining the project scope and goals, leading implementation and tracking team performance. Chumani is particularly interested in the intersection of the corporate world with issues of sustainability and the SDGs.
Natasha King
Marketing and
Insight Analyst
Having recently graduated Sheffield University with a degree in Economics and Financial Management and Accounting, Natasha joins Thompson Alexander as a Marketing and Insight Analysis Lead as part of our Graduate Internship Programme. Natasha is involved in research and reporting, particularly data analysis, in the hopes of extracting crucial information to aid in sales.
Holly Morton
Sales Lead
Upon successfully completing a degree in English at Bristol University, Holly joins Thompson Alexander as part of our graduate Internship programme as a Sales Lead. Holly specialises in breaking down complex information into easily understood data points by utilising her strong communication and public speaking skills.
